What does the region have to offer?

You have the coastal town of “Cala de Finestrat” with a beautiful bay of 200 m and sandy beach, where you can also find numerous typical Spanish bars and restaurants. The old center of Finestrat is located 5 km from the beach on a hill at the foot of the Puig Campana, a majestic mountain with a height of 1410 m. Narrow streets of Moorish origin run along the slope through beautiful, whitewashed and colorful houses.
The Terra Mitica theme park focuses on the history of ancient civilizations. Nearby you will find Aqualandia, a water park with great slides and also the Mundomar park with dolphins, penguins and exotic animals.

Those who enjoy a tough walk can climb to the top of the Puig Campana via a route that starts at Font del Moli. For this route you have to overcome a height difference of more than 1000 m. However, it is also possible to take a circular walk around the mountain. The view from this height is breathtaking!

You can always request guided walks via Thedownhillbikeride (Instagram) - they have more to offer than Puig Campana, just think of Relleu or Guadelest. Beautiful cycling and walking routes!
