Casa Paradiso is a traditional holiday apartment near Ostuni Centre with a rooftop view of the Adriatic Sea, located a 5-minute walk from Piazza della Libertà and the historic centre, providing the full package to adore this charming city! Whether you’re planning a quick city getaway or an extended holiday with the option to work remotely, Casa Paradiso is the perfect choice.
This historic dwelling originally constructed in the 16th-century, has since enveloped into the city of Ostuni. During your stay, you will notice the property offers plenty of structural peculiarities going back to bygone eras and offers sheer beauty from the original white stonework and star vault. Complimented by its carefully curated décor, furnishings and trinkets, Casa Paradiso promises a unique experience, matched with breathtaking views to from the rooftop terrace for incredible sunrises and sunsets.
Welcomed to the property by stairs, you’ll reach the first floor and be invited into a comfortable living area complete with a variety of seating and a quant dining table. A well-equipped kitchenette is nestled in one corner, and an inviting double bed in an alcove on the opposite side. Ascending the original stairs and turning a corner to the second floor, you’ll discover a bedroom with a small double bed and a convenient desk. On your final turn of the stairs to the third floor, a more modern room awaits, equipped with practical amenities and a single bed. Double doors open towards the terrace, leading to the rooftop with a few more steps. The rooftop itself offers another furnished space with table and chairs and two sun loungers to soak in the sun and marvel at the spectacular views of the entire city skyline beyond to the Adriatic coastline with miles of olives groves in between.
This Ostuni apartment with rooftop terrace offers traditional structural stonework in the original design keeping the temperature mild inside throughout the majority of the year. To preserve the authenticity of the stonework, air conditioning is not installed but fans are available. Limited street parking is available nearby but will be difficult to find during high season at peak times of the day. In the local area guests will also find a large variety of shops and services in walking distance.
Following the local laws, we inform guests that the payment of a tourist tax of €1 per person per night will be required as a separate payment on your arrival, up to a maximum of five nights per stay.
