Welcome to my apartment!

Situated on the 2nd floor with elevator access, our charming apartment is just a stone's throw away from the iconic Sagrada Familia, a masterpiece of architecture by Antoni Gaudí. Whether you're in Barcelona for its rich history, delicious food, or vibrant culture, this is a great place to stay and immerse yourself in the local experience.

The living room features a large sofa and a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a small furnished balcony, perfect for unwinding.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. Both rooms have a double bed and complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The ensuite bathroom contains all the essentials, including a bathtub; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that there is a school located in front of our property, which can sometimes result in a bit of noise during the afternoon.

L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample, located in the heart of Barcelona, is a dynamic and culturally rich neighbourhood. Known for its impressive Modernista architecture, bustling streets, and vibrant atmosphere, it offers a unique urban experience for residents and visitors.

At the heart of this district is the iconic Passeig de Gracia, home to high-end boutiques, chic cafes, and renowned architectural masterpieces like Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, designed by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí. It's a paradise for shoppers, art enthusiasts, and architecture lovers.

L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample offers a diverse culinary scene, from traditional Catalan cuisine to international dining options. The neighbourhood comes alive at night with a buzzing nightlife, including bars, clubs, and entertainment venues.

Additionally, the neighbourhood's central location ensures excellent public transportation connections, making it easy to explore the more expansive city. It's a lively area with a mix of old-world charm and modern living, making it a sought-after place to call home or visit in Barcelona.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, the Hospital clinic, is just an 8-minute walk.

Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

Please note that before check in, all guests older than 16 years needs to pay city tax, is 6,05€ per guest per night (maximum 7 nights) and from 1st of October 2024 city tax will be 6,90€ per guest per night

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
