You can enjoy the festivities such as Scandinavian Festival, Heritage Days, Mormon Miracle Pageant, Independence day, Pioneer day and Sanpete County Fair. Its ideal for those ATV groups that come in to explore the Manti La-Sal Mountains and families who come to attend a wedding in the beautiful Manti Temple can stay together as a group.

Wonderful Place

The property may appear modest from the outside, but inside is spacious, spotlessly clean, well appointed, homey, and comfortable. Beds and pillows unexcelled in comfort. Our group would rent again in a heartbeat.

Whole family

We stayed with our grown kids and little grandkids for the Manti Pageant. The home was clean and spacious. We were very comfortable and felt at home. The little kids loved playing in the fenced yard. It was a quick 5 min drive to the pageant and back. Just what we needed. The host was easy to contact and gracious. If we come this way again we would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and roomy pleasant stay

Great communication easy to follow instructions. I would like to suggest There be more plates and cups and add some microwave bowls. The home sleeps 9 but there was only a 4 Place setting of plates and mugs and no bowls.

This house is perfect!

The house is great in a great location. Peggy is so nice and easy to work with. The home is clean and kept up. We rented the house for a long period of time for work and we will be in the future too! I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for our overnight Manti Pageant stay

Perfect for our quick Manti Pageant stay. We were able to be asleep before we could have made it to the freeway to drive back to Salt Lake!

Great accommodations for a stay in Manti. Very roomy and we’ll kept.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Tons of room! We have eight kids and there was plenty of space for all them, and to spare. The mattress in the master suite is definitly on the firm side, but after sleeping on it several days I think my back is better off for it. Very nice having a well equipped kitchen, a roomy dining area, and laundry facilities. Wifi and Netflix were great amenities as well. Would definitely book again.

The house was amazing!! We want to book next year with more family :)

Peggy was very responsive to our needs and lives nearby. She greeted my parents when they arrived and chatted with them for a while. Super close to the pageant, dinner and breakfast. When we book again we'll be booking more than one night. I don't feel like we got to fully appreciate the home. It's great!

Peggy Layton Owner and manager of the Manti, Vacation Get-A-Way along with my husband Scott love living in this quaint and beautiful town. We love growing gardens year round in our growing dome. Scott is a plumbing contractor and I own my own Massage Therapy business. I substitute teach part time and love writing books. I have written 7 different books on the subject of food storage and survival skills. I travel and speak on the subject of being prepared. Scott and I have raised 7 children and are the grandparents of 9 grandchildren. We love to travel the world and every two years we take an extended vacation to a foreign country. We also go to Maui Hawaii quite often. Our lives are busy and full. We are excited to run a vacation rental business and look forward to meeting you.

My husband and I purchased this home as a rental in 2016. This year we decided to open it up to vacationers and try our hand at vacation rentals. I love antiques and I have furnished it with beautiful antiques that I have collected through the years. All the beds and dressers are from the early 1900's. It gives the place a unique feel merging the new with the old.
