Great stay
We were the first guest to stay. Lovely host - clean apartment - quiet and safe. Nice farmers market in the piazza Roberto is still working out a few kinks with the apartment as a short term rental- but it was wonderful

Good place and price
Overall good place, very convenient location, not far from metro, walking distance to the center. Great host, attentive and responsive communication. Only concern that we had was with the drain, looks like the building is old and water drain was not in the perfect state.

Great location, inaccurate listing re: parking
Close proximity to train station. Spacious, clean and comfortable apt but parking garage listed is not available as it is currently being renovated. It was very difficult trying to locate an alternative place to park. We ended up parking a mile away and walking. It was noisy, as it is above a cafe and on the edge of a busy square. The A/C worked perfectly. The guest book and train schedule was nice. It would be nice to have the recycling bins under the sink labeled. We were confused on which bin to put items.

Nice place
The place was nice and is exactly like the pictures. It’s pretty close to the Spanish steps and the trevi fountain about a 12 min walk.
