Do better
This is a lovely home on a quiet street close to the town center. Location is convenient to the Natchez beach gate. Issues:1. Access to that gate and all others except town center requires wristbands. We had 9 wristbands. They didn't unlock any of the gates. Security said the realtor had to fix the problem. However, the realtor failed to respond to my 2 texts asking for help. They have yet to respond more than two days later. Seriously? 2. The home information guide gives gate codes for the beach gates. Problem - there are no keypads at the gates to enter a code.3. The hot water faucet in the master shower was stripped. The realtor said they could get someone out to fix it. We were there for a long weekend so opted to use another bath. BUT how did the cleaning crew not know this? They didn't use hot water to clean the shower?4. There was a torn up scrub sponge stuck in the garbage dispose. Again, how did the cleaning crew not know this?5. In 2 days, 2 dead roaches appeared on the kitchen floor.5. The wall around the toilet paper holder in the half bath was "dirty" - hate to think what it was.6. There are plungers everywhere (2 in the half bath) and we discovered why. 7. There should be a king size bed in the master. The bed is too high for anyone with physical limitations.8. Two TVS in a house that sleeps 8 is inadequate. We'll look elsewhere if we go to Seaside again. The restricted beach access is an unwelcoming challenge.
