Paradise on the Côte d'Azur -- Luxury flat in exceptional setting near Monaco

Completely renovated to the highest standards in 2013, this large, furnished, air-conditioned studio is situated in the most prestigious residential area of Cap d'Ail, just above the sea front. The flat has a beautiful sea view with a south-facing terrace and private garden. It is located in a very quiet, exclusive, gated residence filled with an abundance of exotic Mediterranean trees and vegetation.

The two swimming-pools (summer) in the residence are directly accessible from the flat. One is immediately below it, and the other, an infinity-pool with a panoramic view over the Mediterranean to Cap Ferrat, is just a few steps beyond the flat's private garden.

With a quality double-bed, the flat offers comfortable accommodation for 2 people, and has a fully-fitted separate kitchen, a bathroom with bath, shower & WC, and a private parking-space within the compound.

The sea front and beaches (with the coastal path to Monaco, watersports centres and stylish restaurants) are a few steps away. The town of Cap d'Ail is within a few minutes walk, where there are shops, restaurants, the tourist office and other amenities.

The flat is easily accessed by car, bus or train, and there are good connections to Nice International Airport.

The price includes linen, towels, parking, Wi-Fi/cable internet access and telephone calls to non-premium land-lines in more than 100 countries (see below). French & UK TV available.

Suitable for people who enjoy and respect a very quiet and tranquil environment.

Fantastic apartment
We had a lovely stay at this property. The communication with Naomi and David was great. The apartment layout and design is well thought out and equipped, with absolutely everything you could possibly need, the quietest aircon, and the bed was definitely the most comfortable we’ve ever had. The location is great for a relaxing break, the train station is directly down the steps below, and there are some great bakeries and small supermarkets up the hill above. We will certainly be booking this apartment again!

Die unbeschreibliche Aussicht von der Terrasse mit dem tollen Garten und den schönen Pools macht die Ferien unvergessen. Wir haben schon zum zweiten Mal diese wunderbare Location genossen. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist ausgezeichnet. Sie tun alles, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Ein Traumurlaub!!!

Lovely apartment in ideal location. We stayed for Grand Prix visit. Easy access to Monaco by train. Plenty of beaches and restaurants in close proximity. We did hire car from Nice airport however could have managed without as train station was so close. Owners & property manager kept in touch. Would highly recommend.

Traumurlaub an der Côte Azur
Wir hatten einen Traumurlaub in dem Studio von David und Naomi. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt. Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick und am Nachmittag schwimmen im Pool. Wir haben auch öfters die Eisenbahn für Ausflüge nach Nizza und Monaco genutzt die sich in der Nähe des Grundstücks befindet. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter Urlaub an der Cóte Azur. Parking a nightmare
There are supposed to be three parking places but if other two are parked then you will struggle. Parking down a very steep and twisty narrow drive, could not park when arrived as gardener had his van down at the bottom where our space was. My husband damaged his car as extremely tricky to negotiate.

This property was very comfortable and easy for getting to the F1 in Monte Carlo. We enjoyed the proximity to seaside restaurants and the walking path to Monte Carlo. The hosts were easy to work with, and provided a great property for us to enjoy. I can highly recommend this property. My only caution would be if you have limited mobility there are many steps in the area.

Die Wohnung war OK, jedoch der direkte Weg zum Pool recht unwegsam. Leider herrschte stetige Lärmbelastung durch die Naheliegende Bahntrasse nebst Bahnhof. Extrem Belästigend waren die erheblichen Baumaßnahmen an angrenzenden Wohnungen, die uns zum Teil ein verweilen auf der Terrasse nicht zuließen. Ebenfalls wurde dort Kunststoff gesägt, das Schnittgut rieselte runter auf UNS! Ich habe dieses via Video aufgenommen, gerne lasse ich Ihnen dieses zukommen. Sicherlich zeigen Sie sich verständlich, Oder? Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Nachricht. Besten Dank und liebe Grüße.
