Perfect
A group of 10 ageing from 20 - 74. We all loved the house, lots of space and homely. The projector room was fantastic for movie nights and the games room went down a treat. The house was warm, plenty of hot water, the welvoming pack was an added bonus. We had no problems and would definately recommend as a big group. More kitchen utensils would have been better as the pans werent big enough and also we couldnt all sit in the lounges together as not enough settees.- we managed. Its a fabulous house.
