This apartment can sleep up to 2 people comfortably.

The open space features a comfortable sofa, a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV, a table and seats where you can enjoy your meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It's possible to find a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Bonjardim area is a peaceful residential neighborhood, in Porto. It's an amazing city to explore on foot, with many attractions within walking distance. The home is ideally situated in a prime spot, surrounded by endless choices for drinks and dining. Enjoy the local cuisine and several international restaurants as well!

A trip to/from Porto Airport takes no more than 30 minutes, by car or 45 minutes by metro.
Trindade metro station is easily accessible, within a 10-minute walk, so this will be a perfect choice to travel anywhere in Porto's area, in case you don't wish to walk: Aliados area and the city center main spots are only a 15/20 minutes walking distance

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
