Relax in the living room, which features a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The space also has multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven and a coffee machine.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a fantastic place to stay and explore the city. Located just a short distance from attractions such as the iconic Luís I Bridge, the enchanting Livraria Lello, and the stunning Porto Cathedral, there is plenty to see and do. The luxurious spa at The Yeatman Hotel is nearby for those needing relaxation. Regarding dining and entertainment, the delightful restaurant and bar, "Abadia do Porto", is just around the corner.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

It is just a 3-minute walk from General Torres station and a 6-minute walk from Jardim do Morro.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
