The house has one parking space a few minutes from the house at Holgate Street right behind the co-op which is on Nott Street. We supply an excellent Internet service from BT where you get great Wi-Fi through out the house. Stokes Lane is between the main road in the Barbican of South side street and also new Street Sutton harbour is less than a minute away and the Hoe a couple minute walk. There are number commercial parking spaces in and around the Barbican. The coach station is around 10 minutes walk and the train station is around 15 minutes walk as a number of buses stop on Royal Parade circa five minutes walk from the house.

Great location, quirky historic property, helpful owner, has parking only a few minutes away from property which is great but can be difficult to get to if you don’t know plymouth, something to be aware of the property does have lots of stairs.
