Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa is situated in a quiet residential park of terraced houses in the centre of Sperlonga, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a bus service from Fondi station.

Casa Lentina (100 sqm) is develops over two levels (ground and first floor).

On the ground floor you will find a living room (with sofa and smart TV), one bathroom (with shower) and a well-equipped kitchen (with a dining table) with an exit to the patio and outdoor dining area.

The sleeping area is on the first floor, where you will find one triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed), one double bedroom (with double bed), one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), and one shared bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa features a garden with two outdoor spaces - a patio furnished with comfortable outdoor seating and sun loungers (with an automatic awning) and a shady outdoor dining and barbecue area (with table for 6). There is also parking (2 spaces) in a fenced private area (closed with a gate)
