This apartment has been completely refurbished in an elegant and tasteful style to perfectly combine comfort with interior design.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, a dining area equipped with chairs and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.

The master bedroom has a double bed and large closets. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The elegant bathroom, complete with shower cabin, has towels to use upon arrival at the apartment.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, there is a public parking lot about 150 meters from the apartment.

No parties or bachelor/bachelorette parties are allowed.

The Tourist Tax is not included in the price of the apartment. It has a cost of 6.05€€ per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.


Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must pick up your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday ( except holidays from Monday to Friday ). If your entry is on Saturday or Sunday (or a weekday holiday) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00.

The entries after 21:00h are made in person at the apartments and have an extra cost of 30 €.
