São Lucas is a modern and charming apartment with high standards of comfort and quality, located in the main tourist area of Funchal, close to the sea and with several nearby services.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a recently built residential building with a swimming pool and private parking.
The apartment is 105 m2 and comprises a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (1.60 m) and a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with sofa and dining table, a complete kitchen, two bathrooms bathroom and a balcony to the west, with city, mountain and sea views, where you can enjoy the sunset.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (1 Gbps), TV with international channels and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.
LOCATION
The apartment is located in the main tourist area of Funchal, next to Praia Formosa.
A few minutes’ walk there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy.
It is 600 meters from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre, 750 meters from Praia Formosa and 1700 meters from Complexo Balnear do Lido, across the Lido Promenade.
The property has easy pedestrian access to services and areas of attraction and bus stops next to the building.
The Aerobus from the airport stops 100 meters from the entrance to the building.
By car there is easy access to Funchal's main roads and the fast track to discover the island.
REMARKS
The pool is not heated but is open all year round and can be used weather permitting, unless there is some temporary maintenance work taking place.
The apartment is located in a high-density residential area with shops and services where there is potential traffic noise, especially during the day and if the windows are open. There are construction works nearby, with potential noise during the day on weekdays.
We ask all guests to keep food well packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is carried out, which includes changing bed linen and towels.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.
4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.
5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
