Nice apartment - No good service
We had a good first impression on the apartment.
But then we realised, that there are several things missing in the probably freshly renovated apartment:
There are too few pots, no kettle and too few hooks for the wardrobe and bath towels. We can only hang up 2 towels after showering. The shower leaks water, so the bathroom is under water when anyone has showered. The sink is open from the washing machine, so it will spill dirty water onto the bathroom floor if used.
Worst of all the water was cold. Thats something we asked to fix. We rent out ourselves and we know it can be annoying from guests to demand. But the warm water is important for our kids at least.
From that request on the landlord did not answer anymore at all. I climbed into the service room above the bathroom and found the boiler being shut off. It was easy to turn on via the fuse box in the floor.
Later we forgot the fire TV remote control and still no answer from the landlord.
If he just had apologised and told me how to switch on the boiler: 5 stars. But no reaction to so many things and even after i forgot a valueable item, no word?
I would not rent again and can not recommend it.
