The space
As you cross the threshold of the house you are greeted by a cozy atmosphere, the large window of the living room illuminated by the sun on beautiful days, gives warmth and light to the whole house. While maintaining privacy and intimacy, the view of the Canal offers a typical glimpse of the real life of the Venetians with the passage of some gondola or boat from both right and left and, pleasant view of the walk in the opposite shore of tourists and Venetians on foot . On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower, washing machine and bathroom; a wall equipped kitchen with complete equipment for cooking, dishwasher, fridge; a comfortable sofa bed for two people , complete a living room furnished with antique furniture. A comfortable and elegant staircase leads to the upper floor with a large double bedroom with antique Venetian furniture with large wardrobe. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower with window on the roofs of Venice, a closet with ironing equipment to clean the house and the drying rack.
Access for guests
To access the entrance of the apartment, guests must cross the entrance gate in the street of RAMO DEI MUTI 3438B and then cross the small communal garden in which you require the courtesy not to stop.
On request you can access the communal garden from the water door of the building arriving with Taxi- private boat that I can book on your behalf
