Our 'Luxury 2', located on the upper floor, offers you a cosy and refined space where 5 people can enjoy an exclusive stay. The flat offers you two bedrooms, with a king-size double bed and grand hotel materasses, as well as in the loft. Two refined bathrooms, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a living room where you can relax with friends or enjoy some privacy.

We ask you to respect the common areas, namely the swimming pool as it is shared with the guests of the other flat.

Parking is available on request, the space offers a parking space if the size of the car is small, otherwise parking is on the street a few metres away free of charge.

The pool will be open on 06/08/2025 and closes on 09/17/2025.

All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy.

The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.
