Leather armchairs, a chic glass table and a flat-screen TV bring a comforting edge to this vibrantly-styled space (we particularly love the red hippo keeping watch over the room...).

DINING ROOM
Wood panels and a characterful fireplace bring a traditional twist to proceedings in the adjoining dining room. Expect the picturesque views across the 16th arrondissement to be a talking point at mealtimes around a table that seats up to eight guests.

KITCHEN
