Why they chose this property
This spacious studio loft is a few metres away from Teatro Cervantes and Plaza de la Merced; Malaga's Oldest Square in the Heart of the Historic Centre. The location could not be more central!
The centre of Malaga has a wide range of cultural activities to help you discover Andalusian culture and local traditions. This city is the birthplace of artists such as Picasso and has developed its potential to offer visitors unique experiences. In fact, the apartment is a few metres away from the birthplace of Picasso too!
A very wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops, art galleries, discos, and tourist activities is available right from your doorstep, and you are just a 12 minute walk away from La Malagueta Beach.
The apartment does not have private parking, however there is a public paid parking Atlantida and Parking Granados nearby. Prices are approx. 25€/day. You may also find free parking on the street in the El Ejido area (University Campus) a few minutes on foot from the apartment.
The main train and bus station is 30 minutes away. You can get to and from the airport by bus, train, or taxi.
