From its spacious terraces and the beautiful garden there are unbeatable views of the city and the bay of Denia.
The house has a private swimming pool, as well as a large garden with various types of plants and lawns. There is also a "tree house", ideal for children to play and enjoy an unforgettable holiday.
On entering we find ourselves in the living/dining room and open plan kitchen. The house has Wifi, TV, air conditioning and all kinds of comforts to enjoy a pleasant holiday.
The open plan kitchen has: induction, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and juicer.
On the same floor is one of the en-suite bedrooms, which has two 90cm beds which together form a 180cm bed.
Upstairs is the other en-suite bedroom (also with two 90cm beds together), there is also a large dressing area and a large terrace with spectacular views.
Just at the entrance of the property are the stairs that lead down to the ground floor, where you will find the laundry room, as well as the two single bedrooms. Both have two 90cm beds each, and are connected by a shared dressing room and a bathroom with shower.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
