Fern Cottage is a mid-terraced cottage that has been beautifully designed and is fully equipped with all of the amenities required a peaceful getaway. Sleeping up to five guests and with immaculate interiors, this stylish property includes two spacious bedrooms, a cosy living area, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a private enclosed garden. You will be placed only 10 minutes away from the beach and just a stone's throw away from the bustling high street.
The Space:
Enter Fern Cottage and you’ll be in the cosy living room. Featuring crisp white walls and high ceilings, the space has an all-round bright feel. The perfect place to relax during your stay, you can unwind on the comfy sofas and enjoy quality time with your loved ones.
The kitchen is a homely green shade and features modern appliances so you can prepare meals easily. Ideal for socialising, the dining area includes a wooden table and chairs for all guests.
The cottage boasts two tranquil bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed with plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep. Perfect for children and teenagers, the second bedroom has single twin beds.
Head to the family bathroom and you’ll find a bathtub, separate walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. A separate WC is also available at Fern Cottage.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
Free parking on street is available nearby.
One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at Fern Cottage per reservation.
