Fern Cottage is a mid-terraced cottage that has been beautifully designed and is fully equipped with all of the amenities required a peaceful getaway. Sleeping up to five guests and with immaculate interiors, this stylish property includes two spacious bedrooms, a cosy living area, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a private enclosed garden. You will be placed only 10 minutes away from the beach and just a stone's throw away from the bustling high street.

The Space:
Enter Fern Cottage and you’ll be in the cosy living room. Featuring crisp white walls and high ceilings, the space has an all-round bright feel. The perfect place to relax during your stay, you can unwind on the comfy sofas and enjoy quality time with your loved ones.

The kitchen is a homely green shade and features modern appliances so you can prepare meals easily. Ideal for socialising, the dining area includes a wooden table and chairs for all guests.

The cottage boasts two tranquil bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed with plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a great night’s sleep. Perfect for children and teenagers, the second bedroom has single twin beds.

Head to the family bathroom and you’ll find a bathtub, separate walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. A separate WC is also available at Fern Cottage.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.

Free parking on street is available nearby.

One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at Fern Cottage per reservation.

Explore the enchanting charm of Whitstable Harbour, a picturesque oasis that stands as one of the few remaining working harbours. Enjoy Whitstable Markets every weekend by the Harbour. Selling locally sourced goods and fine arts, you will have a great selection of products to choose from. They also offer an excellent and diverse range foods such as freshly caught fish and delicious juicy burgers. The Harbour is also said to be one of the best places to try Whitstable's famous oysters, with several stalls offering to open the oysters for you!

You can also travel on the sailing barge ‘Greta’ and experience an exciting excursion out to the forts and wind farm.

Find a variety of dishes around Whitstable from fish and chips, crab, lobster and more at the many restaurants and quaint eateries. A great place to visit it Wheelers Oyster Bar, an iconic establishment which has a rich history and is celebrated for its outstanding seafood offerings (with a particular emphasis on oysters). The quirky pink building is also great place for a quick snap!

Getting Around:
Whitstable has great rail links to locations all across the South East, with direct routes to Herne Bay, Westgate-on-Sea, Margate, Broadstairs and London.

A number of bus routes can be found operating throughout Whitstable. Hop on the 5 to visit Canterbury or take a trip to Herne Bay on the 903.

All of London’s airports are easily accessible from Whitstable via rail and road, making the town accessible to travellers from across the globe.
