Family apartment in Malaga next to the beach
This modern and cozy 110m2 apartment is located facing the sea in the Pacifico neighborhood, in the beautiful Andalusian city of Malaga.
Its location is excellent, since less than 200m away you will find yourself in front of one of the best beaches in the city, Playa de Huellín, and very close to great restaurants, beach bars, shops and supermarkets.
With capacity for up to 6 guests, and ideal for families, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.
Space
As you can see in the photos, this modern and beautiful apartment facing the sea consists of the following spaces:
- A living-dining area with a sofa, dining table, and 65'' QLED television. The television has Disney +, console and sound bar.
- A kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, etc. and located in an independent space.
- A terrace with views of the Mediterranean Sea and equipped with outdoor furniture.
On the other hand, the sleeping area is organized into 4 rooms distributed as follows:
* A master bedroom with 1 double bed. It has a private bathroom with shower ensuite.
* A bedroom with a single bed of size 80x190 equipped with a desk.
* A bedroom with a single bed of size 80x190 equipped with a desk.
* An office-bedroom with a sofa bed equipped with a desk that has a 24'' monitor, keyboard and mouse (they work via Bluetooth) and an HDMI cable.
In addition, it has 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
It is an ideal space for families, fully equipped.
It is a warm and welcoming space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest.
Guests have access to the entire property.
Towels, bedding and hand soap included.
The house has heating and air conditioning through an aerothermal system that carries air throughout the house through ducts.
Cold air conditioning is activated for Summer at the end of April.
In addition, you will have access to a swimming pool open from June 21 to October 30 with the following schedules:
* June 21 to September 21 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
* September 22 to October 30 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
*It will be closed between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. for breaks
It has a 300 Mb fiber internet connection.
You will have a private parking space available in the underground parking.
The travel cot is always in the house, stored in the closet. You have to bring your own sheets.
