The most beautiful house, but avoid at all costs

The house is really stunning and we checked in easily. The listing was inaccurate as there was no BBQ available to us and we had bought BBQ food, the freezer was full of the owners food therefore nowhere for us to store our frozen food and ice. We did not photograph the property when we arrived, but I wish we did, as we were accused and charged for breaking a drawer, a blind and two thresholds. On further discussion with management, they sent a picture of the drawer (which the bottom had fallen out of), this drawer was not used by us during the stay and we did not damage it (I found pictures from the first night and can see the drawer was already broken so this must have happened before we arrived and we have just been the scape goats to pay for it). The blinds were not broken they were just closed (we had to take a clip out to close them which we placed on the side, management confirmed that the handyman just had to put the clip back in to open the blind)We still received no evidence of the supposed broken thresholds. When sending pictures of the already broken drawer to the management, the picture showed me holding a birthday cake, they then come back to me and said that is against the rules of the property as it is a party. We didn’t have a party we merely sang happy birthday to my husband with the 10 people that were staying, absolutely ridiculous comment!AVOID AT ALL COSTS
