Outside there is driveway parking and a garden with a hot tub, patio, sun loungers, and furniture, as well as a heated swimming pool which is available May-September. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop and pub within 0.2 miles. Maples Cottage is a lovely choice for a break to Derbyshire. Please note: This property has a £200 good house keeping bond which is payable to owner directly ahead of your stay and is fully refundable if everything is left in good order
