This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in the Jardines de Calahonda Phase I urbanization, situated close to the coast road halfway between Fuengirola and Marbella. The complex was built in the 1980s and has some of the best sub-tropical gardens in the area.
South-west facing apartment, on the ground floor, overlooking the garden and swimming pool, 10 minutes’ walk from Luna beach and the coastal path, without having to cross a road.
Within walking distance, you will also find the Los Cipreses and El Campanario shopping centres with supermarkets (Lidl and Maskon), bakery, pharmacy, banks, cafeterias, restaurants, kiosk, dry cleaning / laundry, etc.
Jardines de Calahonda has its own local neighbourhood bar, useful for enjoying a refreshing drink, snack or ice cream.
In Sitio de Calahonda there is the La Siesta Golf Course, with nine par three holes, the Club del Sol with several sports available, Oxygen sports club and its large 4,500 m2 facilities, numerous shops and various gastronomic options.
