Additionally, we would like to inform you that, due to the historical protection of the building, the installation of an elevator is not possible. The kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee maker, gives you the opportunity to prepare your own delights. THE AREA

Despite being in the city center, it is a very quiet area. Streets filled with antique shops where you can get lost.

On Sundays and holidays in the morning, all locals and tourists flock to the well-known Rastro: a market with all kinds of antiques, clothes, strange objects... where all the neighborhood shops display their works of art and most picturesque objects on the streets.

There are also many shops in the area, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars...

Puerta del Sol is only a 15-minute walk away.

GETTING AROUND

The nearest metro station is Puerta de Toledo (line 5), a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Also, the La Latina metro station (line 5) is just a few minutes away.

-For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, electricity and gas consumption are not included and will be the responsibility of the guest.
