Situated in the Bella Vista Residential Park, our studio provides convenient access to all key areas of interest in Brasov. The living room features a smart TV for enjoyable home entertainment.

The studio is packed with all the latest gadgets like a fridge, a freezer that could rival Antarctica, a stove, and a toaster that can turn bread into a crispy delight faster than you can say "breakfast is served!" But wait, there's more! We've got an electric kettle, a collection of cooking utensils fit for a master chef, and a coffee maker that could rival your favorite barista's skills.

Sink into realy comfort with a queen-sized bed and a cozy sofa, accommodating up to three adults. Wrapped in premium cotton linens, you're guaranteed a restful night's sleep. Our bathroom is a sanctuary, stocked with essential amenities, complimentary toiletries, and fluffy towels for your comfort.

Whether your stay is brief or extended, this location is ideal for both short and long-term accommodations.



• To avoid injury, please supervise small children inside the house and on internal stairs.
• No smoking in the apartment. Please use the terrace to smoke. In case of smoking on the property, a penalty fee of 500 lei will be charged.
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events are allowed
• Please respect the quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 12:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00 ).
• An additional fee will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.
• For stays of more than 10 nights, additional cleaning will be scheduled after the additional payment is completed and will include bed linen, towel and toiletries changes, as well as floor and kitchen vacuuming and mopping.
• If you require an invoice for your stay, please note that we can issue one on request.
• Please note that any damage or loss of belongings will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with GD 237/2001 republished in 2008 in the rules of Article 2 paragraph (5). It is necessary to present a document at check-in. Please complete the check-in form sent in the messages.
