Welcome to our lovely apartments in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter!
A charming stay situated in the heart of the historic quarter, these apartments are the perfect base for families and friends looking to explore the city, host the long-waited gathering and enjoy quality time together.
Enjoy 4 beautiful Bedrooms, fully equipped Kitchens, and comfortable Living Areas for a chilled night in after exploring!
*We kindly ask you to read and understand our house rules before booking your stay*
The Space:
FLAT B Sleeps 6
Living room:
• Fitted with a large Smart TV that has aerial channels
• A Double Sofa Bed for up to 2 Guests
Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a King Size Bed for 2 guests
• Fitted with a large Smart TV
• Decorated with a Desk that can be utilised for work or as a Dressing Table
Bedroom 2:
• Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 Guests
• Fitted with a large Smart TV
* Secondary glazing window have been recently installed for our front-facing bedrooms to improve soundproofing and guest experience*
Kitchen:
• Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more.
Bathroom:
• Fitted with a Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet, and Basin.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to both apartments, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.
Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
This pet-friendly apartment welcomes one furry companion. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.
The Neighborhood:
The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with picturesque buildings and original cobbled streets.
The apartments are within walking distance of The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre. It is less than a 10-minute walk away from Hope Street - home to some of Liverpool's finest restaurants.
You can walk everywhere to restaurants, bars, and Cafés. Wander the neighbourhood to find traditional pubs and fine-dining restaurants.
It is also only a quick bus ride away from Liverpool City Centre. Hop on a bus to Liverpool Waterfront and stop at The Royal Old Docks or The Tate. If you are a Beatlemaniac, head into Liverpool Central, where you will find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just 1 minute walk away. From here, you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 20-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous, you can take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Other Things to Note:
The apartments are located within a residential building, as such these are not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at these properties.
The apartments are located on the 1st floor (2 flights of stairs) and 2nd floor (4 flights of stairs).
Please make sure to return the parking permit to the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
The check-in time is 3 pm & check-out is 10 am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check-out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check-out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency that needs addressing sooner.
