The villa is conveniently located just 1 km away from the centre of Kalkan, where you can explore various shops and attractions. Additionally, breakfast spots and restaurants are within 300 metres, and the nearest supermarkets 500 metres away.
Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor houses a spacious double en-suite bedroom. It is accessed from the games area and is enclosed on two sides by glass. This provides views to the games area on one side and out past the large jacuzzi to views of the valley beyond.
The following are also located on this floor:
Indoor Pool: 2.80 x 6.50 metres, depth 1.3 metres indoor pool. This can be heated in the cooler months of the year for an additional charge. Please ask for details.
Jacuzzi: Adjacent to the indoor pool, guests can indulge in relaxation with a 140 x 190 jacuzzi.
Turkish Bath (Hamam): Experience the ultimate relaxation in the traditional Turkish bath.
Sauna: Unwind and rejuvenate in the soothing heat of the sauna.
Home Cinema: Enjoy movie nights in the cosy cinema room.
Games Room: A perfect space for entertainment with a billiards table, table football, table tennis, and various sports equipment such as bicycles and workout gear.
Ground Floor
On the entrance level is the large open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen featuring the 30ft central atrium which totally opens up the space and lets the sun flood in. Large floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that run the full width of the property create an almost seamless connection between inside and out, and effectively extend the inside living area to include the swimming pool terrace and connect everyone whether chilling out inside or enjoying the sunshine or a shady spot outside.
The open plan living area incorporates the lounge with large L-shaped sofa, coffee table, shelf unit and large Smart TV perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The fully equipped modern kitchen houses a built-in oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, lots of cupboard space and also has a kitchen island with breakfast bar and two stools. The dining area has a large table and chairs with seating for 6 and is set in a spectacular 30 foot atrium with floor to ceiling windows, a beautiful modern chandelier above and overlooks the main infinity pool area and out to sea.

First Floor
This floor boasts the two other bedrooms located on either side of a balcony overlooking the large atrium space. The beautifully designed en-suite master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and has a luxurious freestanding bath. A mirrored wall panel add to the sense of spaciousness as does the wall-to-wall full-height glazed doors which lead onto a balcony with panoramic views across the valley.
The other bedroom is a twin en-suite, which also has its own furnished balcony with panoramic views.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: Double en-suite bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables, a dressing table, wardrobe and an en-suite shower . It is accessed from the games area and is enclosed on two sides by glass. This provides views to the games area on one side and out past the large jacuzzi to views of the valley beyond.

Outdoors
The large glass sliding doors on the entrance level/ground floor open onto the fabulous infinity pool area The villa boasts a 12 x 5 metres outdoor infinity edged pool, complemented by a shallow section measuring 1.5 x 12 metres This pool is unseen from outwith the villa making it a suitable choice for those guests seeking a high degree of privacy, be it for religious or other reasons. There is an outside shower, BBQ and further dining table with seating for 6 under a shady pergola, 6 sun loungers, parasols, large double swing, sofa, two chairs and coffee table which seat 5; all perfect for enjoying the magnificent views and sunsets whilst enjoying alfresco dining, a dip in the pool or a game of table tennis.
