In addition to the rental price shown, the following surcharges apply:
- mandatory final cleaning €100 (payable in cash on arrival)
- deposit €400 (to be paid in advance together with the balance of the rental sum)
- electricity included up to 20 kWh/day. Consumption above that will be charged at €0,40 kWh, meter readings are taken upon arrival and departure.
- bed linen/towels included
Due to the risk of fire, it is not permitted to charge an electric/hybrid car at the accommodation.
A baby bed (<2 years) and babybath is available free of charge upon request.
Guests are required to show a valid ID upon check-in.
According to local law, the owner must receive the identity details of all guests over 16 years old in advance.
This property does not accept hen/stag parties or other events.
Quiet hours apply between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Guests receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned within 14 days of booking.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
In the period from November to the end of March, a 40% discount on the rental price applies for stays longer than 6 weeks.

We are Patrick and Carine from Belgium.
The wonderful climate, the beautiful surroundings, the sandy beaches, the friendly people and the delicious food mean that we always like to travel to Calpe for our holidays.
We have been the proud owners of this beautiful house since 2022, which we have completely renovated, and we are happy to share this happiness with you during the periods when we are not present.
Our holiday home l'Oasis is located in a dead-end street with only a few houses, in the Cometa III district.
You access the house through an electric gate. The driveway offers ample space for a few cars and is partially covered by shade cloths. There are cameras in the driveway for video surveillance and additional lighting. The plot has a total area of 945m².
The single-storey house of 65m² is attached to the main house. It is therefore a residential unit completely independent of it, with a separate entrance (with 4 stairs). The house is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden that is completely enclosed and offers a lot of privacy. The owners themselves are not present during the rental periods.
The terrace with private swimming pool (8x4m, depth from 1,2m up to 2.0m) is completely south-facing and offers an unobstructed view of the Olta Mountain. So you can have breakfast in the sun in the morning and enjoy the beautiful sunset in the lounge set under the hut until late in the evening. Due to its southern location, the swimming pool has a pleasant temperature early in the year.
Tenants can also use the outdoor shower, and outdoor toilet, the gas barbecue and the pool house with a small kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
At the entrance of the renovated house there is a small terrace with a table and 4 chairs. Through a sliding window you have access to the living room and open kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and built-in microwave with grill. There are 2 bedrooms: a room with a double bed (160x200) and a room with 2 single beds (80x200) with comfortable mattresses and a slatted bed.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet.
The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning (cold/warm). The salon has a TV with digital channels and a Chromecast.
All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito screens.
A baby bed (up to 2 years), baby bath and high chair are available.
Free WiFi (fiber) is provided on the entire plot (inside and outside).
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking in the house is not permitted.
There are several restaurants within walking distance of the house. The house is located 2.1 km from the supermarkets, 2.5 km from the beach and 3.5 km from the center of Calpe, where you will find numerous shops and restaurants. If you have a car, it makes travel more comfortable.
