Located north of Madrid, Valdeacederas is a neighbourhood of the Tetuán district, currently one of the most developed areas of the city and a great attraction for families with easy access to all kinds of gastronomic and cultural services.

Its proximity to large areas like Chamartín and excellent transport connections make it a very appealing area for tourists and residents.

The apartment:

This cosy studio with capacity for up to 3 guests is located on the ground floor of the building.

The efficient layout of the space combines the kitchen, living room and bedroom areas in the same environment, ensuring a functional, warm and very pleasant atmosphere. It has a rest area with a comfortable double bed, a single sofa bed and a modern dining table.

The studio also has a comfortable full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and various appliances.

The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment\'s boiler will be carried out in May, and the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the established protocols of the property.
