We are proud to present our stunning, very spacious two bedroom flat. The flat is situated in a private 10 flat development, with a private entrance road and off street private parking.
This is a beautiful spacious apartment, in a private set back from the road Apartment block. We offer two and three bedroom accommodation in the same building.
The large dining area has a dinner table and chairs comfortably seating six adults. The TV area has seating for five and Sky TV as standard. The flat has WIFI included.
Two double bedrooms, include one en suite and one additional bathroom.
Lovely Market Town of Wokingham (voted top 6 'best places to live in UK 2019').
The apartment has great links into Winnersh, Reading, Bracknell and Ascot.
Wokingham railway is situated on the Reading - London Waterloo line, providing easy transport.
We are a pet friendly organisation however - Pets upon request (pre approval needed of number of pets, type & breed). Condition of booking with pets that most be agreed, acceptance is always at our discretion and is subject to cleaning and booking fees.
