Apartment of 87m2 located in a quiet urbanization close to all services only 5 minutes by car from Sant Feliu de Guíxols beach, 33km from Girona's Airport and 8km from Playa de Aro. It is located on the second floor and has a private terrace with outdoor furniture and a shared pool with a large garden area. The two bedrooms have a double bed and a bunk bed for two guests. There are two full bathrooms, kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker, air conditioning, winter heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, sheets and towels included and a private parking space in the garage for one car. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 30 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
