New for 2024! This fabulous little ground floor apartment is located in Llenaire, Puerto Pollensa
La Perla is a gated newly built complex just 400 metres from the beach and walking distance to some excellent restaurants, bars and a Spar supermarket.

La Perla has a large, beautiful swimming pool (size), sunbathing zone with loungers and a lawned area - ideal for children.

The apartment has two bedrooms (one double and a twin) and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a washing machine and terrace for drying clothes/beach towels.

The living space is open plan with a large Smart TV and free WiFi. Also, brand new air conditioning throughout the apartment ensures a good night's sleep after a day by the pool or at the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, fridge and all the key cooking essentials. Off the kitchen is a small, handy terrace, where four people can eat or enjoy a refreshing drink.

Parking is on-street and plentiful in this area although a hire car is not essential!

This is the ideal choice for a small family or a couple of friends looking for a modern, ground floor apartment with a good/sized community pool, close to the beach.

Wir hatten schöne 2 Wochen in der gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Pool, Terasse und Garten haben uns gut gefallen. Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Perfect, clean and well located holiday apartment

The whole complex felt very safe. The apartment is perfect with a great pool and everything very clean. You are a slightly further out than others but the walk is not far to Swing Bar and then only max 10-15 min walk to the start of the “strip” of restaurants which we liked as don’t like to be in the thick of it. We would have loved a bbq if there was one- We also could have done with a change of sheets for half way through the week as trying to get them washed and dried in a day unless guaranteed hot weather was hard- but not a criticism just a suggestion of spare bedding! All in all not much else o fault!
