Nicely decorated, it is the prefect place for both business and leisure trips.

The location is in one of the liveliest areas of the city, close to numerous restaurants, bars, and excellent concert halls and theaters (New Morning, Splendid, Grand Rex, Comedy Club...), all while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. The nearest supermarket is just a 1-minute walk away. Additionally, Villemin's Garden is nearby, providing a green break for relaxation. Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are very close from the apartment.
