Three bedroom, two bath, beautiful, 10th floor - end unit in Romar House with many features that will make your stay enjoyable.

Located on beautiful white sand beach with 2 pools overlooking the Gulf. Unit has beautiful panoramic view of Gulf from Master bedroom and living areas. Split floor plan with over 1,600 square feet. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living areas. Fully equipped kitchen with large island, under counter ice maker, and many small appliances to ease meal preparation. TV and sink/ vanity area in each bedroom.

Master bedroom with access to beachfront balcony, Private bathroom with garden tub and separate dressing area with full length mirrors. Full-size washer and dryer in unit. Private back balcony to enjoy sunsets and grilling on the electric grill. Chaise and umbrella rentals available on the private beach. Gated condominium complex with on-site security. Reserved, covered parking space for the unit.

Convenient to restaurants, amusement parks, mini golf, theatres, shopping and sightseeing. Romar house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beach was not crowded unlike the neighboring condos. Condo was perfect. Carole was very responsive We will definitely stay again!!

Great place

We loved this condo and the beach. The communication was outstanding and they were very accommodating. Just can’t say enough. Clean, well maintained and stocked. Can’t say anything bad. We will definitely be back.

Go ahead and book it!

If you’re looking for a family friendly, low key, private beach area (truly the best part for me), this is the place! The condo itself is great. Well stocked, and so easy to get to and from the beach, unlike the larger condos. We were there 6 nights and only waited one time for an elevator, and that was a minute or less. The host, Carole, was fabulous. I can’t say enough about being able to talk to a person and not a big rental company. Will definitely stay again!

Very Relaxing Last Minute Trip

This property is very spacious and clean. The complex is not huge which made for a really great beach experience. You see crowds on either side, but Romar is not crowded. We found the condo to be very comfortable, the lighting was warm and the general feel was homey. We would stay here again. Carole is very responsive and attentive.

Best corner condo location

The condo was better than the pictures. Large size and fully stocked. Loved the large patio/ porch with great views of gulf. The beach was truly just steps away. Carole is the definition of “going above and beyond “ and was easy to communicate. No doubt I’ll be returning to this place. Thanks for helping make this the best vacation trip!!

Graduation Trip

This location was wonderful. The condo was very spacious and clean. It was very easy to get to. The owner is wonderful to work with. She messaged me to make sure we were able to get in with no problems, even suggested some local restaurants to dine at. If I had a question the response was immediate. This was our first time at this location but will not be our last.

Not crowded and convenient

Kudos to our host, Carole! We had a small issue when we got there but Carole handled it quickly! This condo is laid out perfectly for a family and there was plenty of room to “spread out” 🙂 It’s steps away from a private/not crowded beach! The kitchen was recently remodeled and well stocked. The bedrooms and living room could use a little sprucing up as well but it was clean!

Perfect week in Orange beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Romar house. This is a wonderful condo on a popular section of Orange beach, however the beach in front was not crowded. There was plenty of space for chairs and umbrellas, there is also a chair rental station if you don’t have your own. The condo had ample space for the 6 of us on this trip. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very nice and had new appliances. We didn’t really cook much but the kitchen is extremely well stocked for all cooking needs. Carole was wonderful about answering any questions and communicating with me about everything. You cannot ask for a better host. I’m very much looking forward to renting this unit again for a beach getaway!

This property was even better than we expected. It was so spacious, the layout was perfect, and the place was stocked with everything we needed. Carol communicated with us before, during and after our stay; making sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend renting this condo and I hope we can return again!

Wonderful condo, wonderful view, and lovely host!

Booking the property was a breeze. The host was so quick to respond and very diligent which I loved. The condo was awesome! We had a great stay and would absolutely choose to stay at this condo again and again! The views are wonderful, the property is secure and well maintained, and everyone was so friendly. This is a wonderful condo. Carole was the perfect host! The kitchen has just been recently updated and it is beautiful! Easy beach access and it comes with a covered parking place. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location

We loved our stay! The master suite has a view of the ocean and the other two bedrooms are in their own seperate area on the opposite side of the kitchen. Our teens loved having their own "suite" with a door that closed them off to the main living area. Would also be nice if you had little ones that you needed to go to sleep. The beds were all comfortable enough. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great condo and excellent host

This condo was perfect for us. Carole is the best host that we've ever had and she made sure that we had everything that we needed. There was plenty of space for our entire family to relax and not feel crowded. The unit was clean and we enjoyed the beach front view. It was nice having a TV in each room and the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and other items that we needed during our stay. The under the cabinet ice machine was a nice added touch too. The internet worked without any issues and Carole left good instructions and they were easy to follow. From the check-in to the check-out, this was a good stay for us and we can't wait to return to this condo. Thanks Carole!

Winter escape

We stayed here for the last three days of December through the first three days of January. We absolutely loved the condo's location, size and wonderfully sized kitchen. It was fully equipped with anything we could have needed. The wonderful view from both balconies were an added bonus. Carole was very attentive and hospitable. My family was very pleased to stay here and plan to make it our place, when visiting Orange beach.

Beautiful, fun, functional near the waters edge

We loved the place! Very functional for our family with 2 teens. A Beachfront balcony and condo entry Private balcony were wonderful for the different views. The condo entrance balcony was awesome for grilling and enjoying the sunset view, and for leaving coolers and beach chairs. The size, beauty, and functionality of this place made it one of our top favorite. The entire property was filled with light and beautiful ocean views. Especially liked the ocean view and balcony entrance from the master. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Added bonus for us was the under counter ice machine. No trips to get ice! The walk to the beach was quick and the property was well keep with 2 nice pools and outside showers conveniently located. The only reason it didn’t get a 5 star is because of the large amount of seaweed in the water which made it just a touch from being the perfect vacation. Thank you for your courtesy Carole. You made the process easy and enjoyable.
