The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with a pool table, a small kitchen, gym equipment, a home cinema with a projector and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This floor also features a 12sq. m. sauna and a jacuzzi.

First Floor & Mezzanine
This floor features 2 seating areas, a colourful dining room, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Additionally, an external dining table, seating 6 people, is perfect for a casual gathering or a special private dinner.
The picture perfect décor in the mezzanine level makes this spot perfect for reading and relaxing in the daytime or enjoying the view and the beautiful sunset colors in the evening.

Second Floor
This floor consists of 3 bedrooms, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a double bedroom with 2 single beds.

All bedrooms have access to a balcony and provide astonishing views of the sea or the park.
