This beautiful and spacious semi detached-house is located in a privileged place, in front of a charming beach. Recharge your batteries by watching the sunrises on your balcony and end your day enjoying the terrace while listening to the sound of the sea. The apartment also has an office from which to work while watching the sea. As well as a desk in one of the bedrooms. Equipped with all amenities, in our property you will enjoy a memorable stay.

The space is distributed as follows: when entering the property you will find on the right a covered area where to park your vehicle. On the left you will see the access door to the house.
Once inside the house, on the left you will find the first full bathroom of the property (there are three in total, all with shower), then you will enter the master bedroom, equipped with its own bathroom, stairs that will lead you to the dressing room and a splendid balcony where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views. The following two spaces of the house are, in order, a bedroom equipped with a trundle bed and built-in wardrobe, and another bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. All the bedrooms of the house have sea views and the bedrooms with double bed are equipped with television.
Following with the visit, you will go down to the lower floor where you will find the spacious and elegant living room, from which you can access the wonderful terrace overlooking the beach. On the right hand side, just next to the stairs, it is located the last full bathroom in the property, then you will find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and with access, on the left, to the interior patio where the washing machine is located, and to the right, to the office that communicates also directly with the terrace and with the living room.
