Great location!

Wonderful location for walking to the beach and restaurants. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The condo was great with newer appliances; dishwasher, full size stove and refrigerator with ice maker. All of the people at the rentals were very friendly. The owners answered any questions almost immediately. Would highly recommend this rental, we didn’t want to leave !

Great place to rent!

We were lucky to book a place of this quality. The infrastructure is very efficient and well maintained, the condo's kitchen and bathroom have been remodeled and the furnishings and decor are of good quality. It is cleverly and sensibly decorated and has a good vibe. The kitchen appliances are attractive and are of good quality; everything works well. We tried to book this condo for next year but it was unavailable for our dates. The hosts were accommodating with any questions. This was a very good vacation!

Just what we were looking for

We were so happy to have found this condo last minute. The communication with the host was amazing. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon and met some very nice people, some owners and some renters. There was everything in the condo that we needed and super clean!!!! We plan to be back in the future

Snowbird life

This condo was a perfect spot for us to begin our snowbird experience! Quiet and safe. Pool was heated and clean. Less than 5 minutes to sand and surf!! And a short walk to all great restaurants and stores.

Amazing location!

Location location location… this property is steps to the beach, pool, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants etc! The host provides everything you need for a wonderful vacation and was always great to respond to questions. It is in the heart of Cocoa Beach, and a short drive to great golf courses. The neighbours are fantastic. We enjoyed our 2-week visit very much. Would highly recommend this property.

The beach bungalow was everything we hoped for and expected! It was clean, cozy, newly renovated, quiet, and comfortable for my husband and me. We wanted a pet free unit, heated pool, ocean view, nice beach and near good restaurants and sites. We got it all! The owners were prompt in responses , caring and easy to work with. I highly recommend this Cocoa Beach gem!

Heaven on Earth !

This Cocoa Beach bungalow was everything we hoped it would be. It was exactly as described and pictured on the VRBO site. The location was wonderful...1 block from the beach, a minute to the pool, and within walking distance to everything we needed. Contact with the owner was easy and responsive. Our neighbors were fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. We did not want to leave after our month stay, and look forward to another visit in the future. We highly recommend this heavenly vacation bungalow!

Great location

I was really going bonkers working remote from my NY apartment and needed a change of scenery. I found this condo & booked for 30+ days. Im so glad I did! The location was perfect and the condo itself suited my needs. There were a few hiccups during my stay, however, Becky and Jim were very responsive and any concerns were addressed immediately. I would most definitely stay here again.

Lovely unit, great location

The unit was very "new", very clean and comfortable. The AC was very loud (hard to hear the TV over it) and the sliding glass doors are hard to work but these are very minor gripes about an otherwise excellent unit! The location is fantastic and almost impossible to beat! Close to everything you need -- walking distance to most -- nice pool and beautiful Cocoa Beach is a two-minute walk across the street. The assigned parking spot right in front of the unit in a great convenience. Highly recommended!

Very safisfied

This vacation property is exactly as promised in the description, no disappointments. Very well equipped with everything from major appliances to a bottle opener. Just bring your garments and personal belongings - anything else is already there at your disposal. Quick and easy access to the beach - 2 min walk. The place was very clean and well maintained, the condo itself and its surroundings. Nice little quiet courtyard with a pool, not big yet sufficient to relax and do a few strokes if one is a swimmer. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The owners were very responsive to our messages. We did not required much help but we felt they were there, ready to support us. Very nice beach, although sometimes a bit too much seaweed (2 days out of 2 weeks). Generally the rental was worth the price paid - definitely. We stayed there for 2 weeks at the end of July and the beginning of August. Thank you very much! Mark, Ontario, Canada

Cocoa beach steps away

We stayed for a whole month here, and the property was perfect! Literally steps away from the beach, which is breathtaking to say the least. The property itself was amazing. Cute interior, everything working as expected. The kitchen had many meals cooked in it while we were there, and we had everything we needed to make great food. Including a couple fresh sea trout, because the surf fishing there is awesome as well. Super cute and quiet neighborhood. Very scenic and I highly recommend.

Lovely stay in Cocoa Beach

Location, location, location! The condo is located right in the middle of Cocoa Beach. Everything was walking distance: grocery stores like Publix, Winndixie, Sunseed Coop-health food store, CVS, Walgreens, Beals Outlet, Ron Jon surf shop, multiple restaurants, Cocoa Beach Pier, urgent care, hospital, etc. The owners were responsive and helpful. The condo had everything you need for beach vacation. The internet was also good for work purposes. Beach is steps away. Would come back again!

Work at Kennedy Space Center for 35 plus years, love to off shore fish in Port Canaveral, have two beautiful daughters and a wonderful husband.

Why they chose this property

This condo is close to everything, less than a mile from the Cocoa Beach Pier, walk to Ron Jons famous surf shop, walk to Put Put golf or get an ice cream cone or craft beer, you will love this location, safe and quite. Trolley that will pick you up right next door and take you around for $1.50 runs 6am-11pm Monday-Saturday. Fish on the beach or take a fishing charter out of the port which is minutes away, watch the cruise ship head out or take a cruise on the gambling boat from the port or stroll, shop, eat or fish the Pier which is only 1 mile up the beach and relax and listen to music and have a cold beverage. Visit Kennedy Space center which is 20 minutes away. You won't get bored here.

heated pool, newly renovated condo everything you need to make your stay perfect. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels all there for your use. Just bring your sunscreen and food/beverages.
