Buchung, Verabredung und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte super. Sowohl vorab per Nachrichten und WA auf deutsch und vor Ort auf Englisch (wir sprechen kein Französisch). Die Wohnung fanden wir, wie beschrieben, vor. Es war wirklich alles in sehr gutem Zustand vorhanden. Zum Wasser geht’s in 5 Minuten. Ein kleiner Supermarkt hat alles, was wir benötigten.

Magnifique endroit

La dune du pyla les plages et de belles ballades en forêt une promenade en bateau et la découverte de la presqu Île du cap ferret tout était très joli malgré un temps instable

Très bien !

Belle région (plages du bassin d'Arcachon, banc d'Arguin, plages océan, lac, zoo, parc des papillons, parc aquatique Aqualand, forêts, et bien sûr dune du Pilat). L'appartement est très bien situé: plage du bassin, petit commerce, bar restaurant, dune du Pilat et sa plage - à pied; le Moulleau, Arcachon, plages océans - en bus, arrêt à 100 m; Cap Ferret, Arcachon, Banc d'Arguin - en bateau. Seul point négatif - embouteillages à côté de Bordeaux, il faut bien planifier l'heure d'arrivée et départ. Propriétaire accueillant et de bon conseil. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci beaucoup.

Pyla plage vacances balnéaires

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, dans un petit appartement sympathique et très bien situé. L'accueil était parfait et l'appartement contenait tout ce qu'il fallait pour un séjour confortable. A 5 mn de la mer et tout proche du quartier du Moulleau où se trouvent restaurants, petits cafés et le départ pour le Cap Ferret, nous avons découvert une côte presque déserte, des plages vite rejointes et très accessibles: repos et dépaysement pour nous qui côtoyons les montagnes suisses. On aurait presque envie de ne pas recommander cette adresse tant on voudrait la garder ... mais bon, on est partageuses, alors ouiiiii!

Superbe séjour

Séjour très agréable. Appartement très propre, très fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Tout est à proximité (petits commerces , restaurant), Nicolas (hôte)est très accueillant, sympathique et joignable à tout moment si besoin. Rien à redire tout était impeccable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Bonnes vacances en famille !

Très bon accueil du propriétaire et de ses parents. Très bon emplacement à côté de la plage et à 5 min de la dune du pyla. Tout peut se faire à pieds ou en vélo. L'appartement est bien équipé , il ne manque rien. La clim serait un plus surtout en ces temps de canicule

Excellent séjour !

Locataires adorables, super emplacement, tout équipé donc très fonctionnel, facile d’accès et permet de circuler dans les alentours en vélo ou en voiture, à proximité de commerce à pied… La terrasse est très sympathique et donne sur des jolis pins, j’ai passé 6 semaines merveilleuses et je recommande!

Bassin Arcachon au top

Prestation à hauteur de nos attentes et en ligne avec l'annonce. Le logement est très fonctionnel dans le moindre détail. Un emplacement idéal pour découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon. Je recommande.

Magnifique region

Superbe région plein de chose à voir et à faire un régal....la dune tout la haut un panorama à couper le souffle sentiment de bien être....en basse saison à faire impérativement... Je conseille arcachon et ses quartiers...cap Ferrer et toutes les petites villes autour du bassin.....vive IIBA !!!! Excellente vacances le temps s est maintenu.

Très bonne semaine, au calme au bord de l'eau et au milieu des pins

Nous sommes partis la semaine du 21 au 28 avril. 2018 Le temps est resté au beau fixe avec même 2 très belles journées . Nous avions amené nos vélos et en avons pleinement profité. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. La terrasse est appréciable. Nicolas est sympa et nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !!!! Sophie et Bruno

Nettes, kleines Ferienappartement mit Komfort!

Wir haben uns zu zweit sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen! Dank Nicolas, der wirklich schnell antwortet, gab es eine flotte und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, trotz unserer kurzfristigen Buchung und Anreise am Sonntag. Die Einrrichtung der Wohnung ist wie beschrieben.Der Parkplatz ist praktisch, wenig einsehbar und eignet sich auch zum Abstellen von 1-2 Fahrrädern.
