Villa Bolsena is an independent restored farmhouse located in the beautiful stretch of land in Latium between the Tuscan and the Umbrian borders. The Bolsena Lake is only 1km away.

On the GROUND FLOOR there are a large living room surrounded by a glass wall overlooking the garden and Bolsena Lake, a beautiful modern kitchen with access to the solarium (with coverage), one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the FIRST FLOOR there are a large living room with air conditioning, with glass wall with beautiful views of Bolsena Lake, the garden and the pool, large terrace with a panoramic roof, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, a double room with private bathroom with shower. In the basement there are a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with no window that is illuminated by a shaft. This part of the house has a separate entrance.
