Modern apartment in Sorrento centre

Casa Vesuvio is a large family apartment located in the centre of Sorrento. It comes with a shared swimming pool, nearby restaurants, bars, and shops. It is the perfect location for a large family or group of friends that want to discover Sorrento and its surroundings. Located just a few metres from the Porta di Parsano, the only remains of the ancient walls which once surrounded the city, you will find yourself on the main promenade close to Piazza Tasso, the heart of Sorrento with its characteristic alleyways, bars, restaurants, and shops. Just 700m away from Casa Vesuvio we can find a sandy beach.

Developing over 160 square metres, the apartment is on the third floor of a building with lift. You do not need a car to explore the area, however, if you will use a car, you will be able to park in a public pay carpark.

The spacious living room is bright and furnished with comfortable sofas, a desk with TV and dining table (seating 10). From the living room we have access to two balconies with garden views.

There is a separate kitchen, fitted with modern appliances: hob, gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, etc. There is an additional dining table for 4 people.

The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom:

One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (fitted with a sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, and a bathtub with shower head fitted to the wall) and with a double bed, a television, a small fridge, fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom you will have access to a private terrace.

One double/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (fitted with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and hairdryer) and with a double bed (upon request it can be converted into 2 single beds), TV, fitted with air conditioning and heating. The room also has a small kitchenette equipped with a two-hob gas stove, sink, moka pot, an electric kettle, and a fridge with a small freezer. From the bedroom you will have access to a private terrace through a French window.

One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with a sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and hairdryer), king-size bed, TV, air conditioning, heating, and window.

One double/twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together into a double and en-suite bathroom (with sink, toilet, bidet, shower, and hairdryer); a small double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, heating, and window.

One single bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with sink, WC, bidet, shower, and hairdryer; please note that this bathroom does not have a door), TV, a small fridge, heating, a fan, and a window.

Outside, we find the garden with tennis court (to be reserved and paid locally; shared with the other residents of the property; equipment not supplied but can be rented from nearby shop), the shared large swimming pool (400 square metres; available from middle of June until middle of September, from 10.00 AM to 02:00 PM, and then from 04:00 PM until 07:30 PM.) equipped with tables, chairs, umbrellas and sun loungers.
