An excellent choice for families or friends, the villa is just 40m from a small beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Okrug Gornji is 2.4 km away and Trogir (5 km) with its seaside promenade lined with bars, cafes, yachts, and top attractions like the St Lawrence Cathedral and Sacred Art Museum is within easy driving distance.

Villa Seka (384 sqm) develops over three levels (ground floor, first floor and second floor).

The villa consists of a bright open plan living room with a sitting area (with two single sofa beds – 120 cm x 200 cm), a dining area (with table for 10), a well-equipped modern kitchen area and an area equipped with a Jacuzzi hot tub. Guests can also enjoy a well-equipped gym and a sauna.

In the sleeping area, you will find four double bedrooms (with king size beds -180cm x 200cm) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers). Each bedroom has a sea view and two of the rooms have a balcony.

Outside, you will find a terraced garden featuring a private swimming pool, a shady outdoor dining area (with table seating 10), a barbecue and a children’s playground. Both the terraces around the pool and the upper terrace come with a sound system, LCD TV, and sun loungers.
