Great Location

Very close to everything you need, kids ski school is at your back doorstep. Quality restaurants are all within walking distance. The condo was extremely clean and tidy.

Our favorite spot

This was our 3rd time staying at the Village/Chateau complex. Each stay has been wonderful and this property was no different. Clean, spacious, close to town, and easy to connect with host. Breckenridge has so much to offer on and off the mountain. I would highly recommend staying here!

Great location!

Perfect location to hit the slopes! We cooked all meals and relaxed in the hot tub and played games after being on the slopes all day. Comfortable beds & pillows. Condo overall a little dated in furniture and could use an upgrade to some pans. Could also use more dishwasher pads, soap and towels but we made due. We would definitely stay again!!

Lovely condo, location can't be beat

Small hiccup on checkin as I hadn't received the code needed to check in. Called the number on the listing and they helped me get in touch with the owner and get things resolved. Condo is great and the location can't be beat. Easily walkable to the Quicksilver lift, even when you're carrying skis. Also walkable to town, with several restaurants nearby as options. Community hot tub/pool and game room was also great for the kids at the end of the day. We had 2 families of 4 and this was very comfortable for our group.

Wonderful!!

This property is perfect for a group who wants to simply walk to the lift, shops, and restaurants. We also enjoyed the property itself. We made a fire, played games, and hit the hot tub daily.

Great slope side stay

Amazing location!

We were so happy with the amenities and location of this unit. We could actually ski and ski out. It was perfect for our two families with a total of 4 kids and 4 adults. We had plenty of space and could walk straight into downtown breck as well as get on the lifts in no time flat. Bonnie is a great host and we had a great time.

A must-book stay

Perfect location, perfect size, well stocked condo for families. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and fit comfortably. Property had everything we needed and the manager was responsive. We will book again! Heads up-if you’re booking ski school at Breck choose the village location and watch your kiddos on the magic carpet out your window.

Great condo for ski vacation

This condo is perfectly located at Peak 9. It is a convenient walk to the lift (Quicksilver is right out the door), the Maggie area and the town! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had a coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, many pots and pans and utensils. It also had many games available as an extra. The owner communication was great. They contacted me a couple weeks before our arrival to inform us that the fitness area and hot tub was still under renovation, which was not a problem for us. Also, I had questions about the parking situation which they answered within a few hours, even providing a website link to additional parking areas. Our stay was very nice and we would definitely recommend this property.

Great place, but...

The condo unit and location were great, however up-front details about the status of the property were not. There is construction outside the condo unit and unrelated to COVID, the pool, hot tub and exercise facilities are closed until Nov. due to renovation and repair from a roof cave-in. I would have appreciated this information up front. We were informed of a Recreation Center substitute following our check-in, however this was a poor substitute and very inconvenient at 2 miles away.

Best location, very clean & comfortable

The unit itself is well furnished and was very comfortable for 7 adult/young adults over a long weekend. Perfectly clean throughout! First floor unit made moving things in and out very smooth. Unit was quiet at night. Location is perfect for food, shopping and access to a main lift. Only disappointment was the hot tubs advertised. Making a reservation (presumably this is only due to COVID restrictions) was challenging given the 48 hour in advance notice and only 10 per time slot. Also tubs could be upgraded, but they were functional. On parking, my recommendation is check in advance with the owner if parking is truly available for the dates you’re renting, otherwise overnight parking is at the ice rink 1/2 mile away. At the last minute the owner did get us one parking space in the building but until that point we were facing the prospect of 2 cars 1/2 mile away. But location is so good you don’t need a car during the stay. We would be happy to rent again.

This is absolutely the best location for Youth ski school!

We stayed in this condominium for two days over spring break in March, 2021. There were seven of us ages 10 to 73, and the condo had plenty of room to accommodate us. We watched our 10 and 13-year-old participate in ski school out the window of the condo all day. We cooked dinner in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed except aluminum foil. It was a little tricky finding the wood closet so we could use the fireplace as it was in the parking garage in the next building. Once we found it, we had an old-fashioned fire in the fireplace which was wonderful after a day of skiing. We had to make reservations to use the pool and hot tub due to COVID-19. The slots fill up very fast and you have to get on the website exactly 48 hours prior to the time you want to reserve in order to find an open reservation. It was also a little confusing when we arrived trying to figure out where exactly we were supposed to park the car, but we figured it out. This condo is located right at the base of peak nine, and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do...shopping, restaurants, skiing. Would definitely stay here again.
