Check out this chic and fancy apartment – it's the spot for those who love the good life. You can walk to Camp Nou and it's just a quick 5-minute hop from Collblanc metro station. Super easy to get to La Fira (MWC), the airport, Sants Station, La Sagrada Familia, and downtown Barcelona.

- - Late check in fee of 30€ for arrivals after 9 pm.
- - You will be required to present your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local police’s database, we will have to take pictures of ID documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
- - The flat´s capacity is of 5 people. No additional guests allowed.
- - It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150€.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two balconys, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with all the amenities you will need, a living rooom equiped with a home cinema audio system and a work area with a large desk.
Also the apartment is equiped with internet of 300MB and with possibility of ethernet connection in case it is needed. Ideal for watching series, playing online games or teleworking.
Walking distance to Camp Nou, and just 5 minutes away from Collblanc metro station, with direct and easy access to La Fira (MWC), the airport, Sants Station, La Sagrada Familia and downtown Barcelona.

All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.

Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.

Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
