Sunset is the first residence entirely dedicated to short-term rentals. The entire residence has been designed and built with comfort in mind. Apartment 201 is brand new, top-of-the-range and fully equipped. It features a kitchen opening onto the living room, smart TV and broadband Internet access. Tenants have the option of having breakfast delivered (extra charge). The residence has 24-hour surveillance, is ideally located and has a gym.

The first bedroom has a double bed and storage cupboards.
The second bedroom has a double bed and storage cupboards.
Tenants have access to a gym on the ground floor and a parking space in the basement.
As an extra, they can have breakfast delivered to their apartment every day.
