Amazing private home!
Staying at this location in Mykonos was a wonderful experience, though it is slightly removed from the more tourist-centric areas. We rented dune buggies to navigate the island, which made transportation much easier. We opted for accommodations toward the center of the island, allowing us convenient access to both the town and beaches. Fortunately, nothing on the island is too far; most destinations were reachable within 8 to 20 minutes.
The property itself included three separate homes, and while other guests were staying in the neighboring homes, we enjoyed complete privacy. The home we stayed in featured two spacious bedrooms—one with a double bed and a twin, and the second with two twin beds. A small kitchen, equipped with basic essentials, separated the two rooms. I would recommend stopping by a grocery store before your arrival for additional supplies. There are local shops and restaurants about 8-10 minutes away, accessible via a winding road.
The bathroom, while charming, presented a bit of a challenge. The showerhead was handheld and positioned much lower than expected, making it necessary to intermittently turn off the water during use. However, the home provided abundant hot water, ensuring long, relaxing showers.
Using a map application is essential for locating the property. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for those looking for a more peaceful and private stay in Mykonos. Also, the sunrises were amazing to watch each morning!
