Kitchen, dining room, utility room, sitting room, study and a games room. Appliances include a range electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and there are two Smart TVs, TV in games room with pool table and sofa, darts. WiFi. Underfloor heating with individual room zone thermostats on the ground floor, and radiators upstairs. Outside is an enclosed tiered garden with rooftop terrace and furniture and private off-road parking for 6 cars. Three well behaved dogs welcome. (3 x dog bowls will be available along with 3 x dog blankets, please do keep pets off bedrooms and furniture). Garage for storage of bicycles, kayaks, etc. available upon request. Within 1.2 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in rent. Please note the property is accessed via a rural road.

Town: The fascinating old slate town of Blaenau Ffestiniog is situated in a superb position for exploring the Snowdonia National Park. There is a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat. The area on the doorstep is ideal for outdoor pursuits, walking/hiking, cycle trails, mountain biking tracks, fishing, climbing, kayaking and Cwmorthin Waterfalls within a short distance. The main local attractions include Zip World Slate caverns, the longest zip line in Europe and fastest in the world, this is a great underground adventure. The slate mines now hold the prestigious status of a world heritage site, awarded by UNESCO and visitors can take enthralling underground trips there to see mining as it was done in days gone by. The famous narrow gauge Ffestiniog mountain railway also runs for 13 miles through the Snowdonia National Park to the harbour town of Porthmadog. Nearby is Portmeirion village, famous for its architecture and the film set of the cult TV series The Prisoner, plus local beaches, suitable for children, are within easy driving distance.
