Very safe area Zone 1. 5mins walk from Regent’s Canal +waterside restaurants. 6mins Angel tube. 10 mins drive/bus to Shoreditch/ Kings X, 20 mins to Camden/ Soho
Angel tube is a short walk. Buses stop right outside which is very handy. There is a huge public bicycle stand opposite too.
Access to all facilities on ground floor:
Super fast WIFI. Kitchen facilities include: dishwasher, clothes washer / dryer, dishwasher, fridge & microwave.

Other things to note
The main road is adjacent, so extremely light sleepers need to note.
Anyone familiar with living in a city will be used to this and I don't even notice it. It's busy, but not noisy traffic. No one has raised this as an issue to date, but I can provide earplugs if needed. It’s no louder than the sea would be beachside.
