The villa has quite recently been renovated and converted into an exclusive private residence and artists’ studio. The property is surrounded by traditional stone walls. The exterior of the villa consist of a beautiful pool, nice terraces and a charming courtyard.

The interior is furnished with design pieces, the walls of natural stone with elements of steel and wood to give you a luxurious and rustic ambient.

The property consist of a main villa and a guest annex, with bedroom with bathroom and an art studio.

The baroque cities of Val di Noto, the beaches of Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata and Sampieri are all reachable from the villa.

At guests' disposal:

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is due at the time a booking is confirmed and it is not refundable. The balance is due no later than 75 days prior arrival. For bookings confirmed less than 75 days prior arrival, the full rental amount is due at confirmation.
